Stopping postal mail requests for credit card input

How do I get Norton to stop sending me postal mail that tries to scare me into providing my credit card for auto-renewal because it "puts me at risk of losing ...Norton Security protection?" My failure to select auto-renewal is INTENTIONAL because auto-renewal prices are stupidly always higher than a new purchase each year.  I have repeatedly contacted Norton Support via chat and by phone and each time (after finally convincing them I was not talking about e-mails, but rather, hard copy postal mails), I have been promised that the mailings would stop.  They have NOT STOPPED and I continue to receive these annoying and environmentally wasteful mailings.  They are now gotten so annoying that I have been persuaded to NEVER, EVER purchase another Norton Product again.  The genius that came up with this highly unsuccessful marketing idea should be fired.

Try changing your mailing address to something not quite accurate, as another poster suggested.

I tried removing all of mailing address information, including on the billing info page.  The postal mailings are coming every week now, instead of just once a month.  So now they have quadrupled my irritation.

All: In my Norton account, there isn't a "magic button" we can all select, however, I have two things set. Automatic renewal is OFF as I am sure it is with you. I ALSO removed my billing information just after my subscription validated. This will remove your mailing address, I have never received a single snail mailing from Norton. This may work for you as well.

Cheers

I would like to know how to stop the postal mailings too.  Sending "reminders" every two weeks for 6 months before it expires is ridiculous.  I'm considering dropping my subscription as well.
