Hi PhilTSM - Welcome to The Norton Community.
They are very unusual figures that you have.
There would be no way to clear this amount of data without returning the Norton
app back to default by using the clear data option in the app settings.
Is it Norton Mobile Security (NMS) or Norton Tablet Security (NTS) that came
pre-installed on your Android tablet.?
I ask this because NMS from Google Play has replaced NTS on tablets as NMS
is fully compatible with smartphones and tablets now.
And from your post i see it is a very old version number.
Have you tried to run a LiveUpdate manually ? as users with NTS and NMS should
have been updated to NMS from Google Play if they still had an active license.
If the LiveUpdate does not work to update to NMS from Google Play then i would
recommend uninstalling the Norton product you have and installing the latest
Symantec Norton product being NMS Lite from the Google Play Store.
Sometimes pre-installed apps cannot be uninstalled, but if it can then that will allow
you to download and install NMS Lite for free from Google Play.
NOTE - To get back the full version of the Android Norton Security product for your
tablet you will have to purchase the Upgrade, which should be $29.99 for a one year
subscription thru Google Play. But check the Norton Online Store for your country or
region as there might be a sale on the NMS product. :)
Click on the link below for the US Norton Online Store and click on the words United
States at the top right to change to your country or region.

I hope that info helps and if you need me to clarify anything do not hesitate in returning
to the forums as we are always glad to help where possible.
Cheers.
