@RonaldW_Stetson What is the OS you are running, its version and build? I have Windows 10 Pro and 11 Pro machines that are not seeing anything for dot net to download. If this is missing you should have Windows Updates offering it up, not through a popup. Please review this article for possible clues about what the issue is.
