Streaming video and Norton VPN

Do we have to turn off our Norton vpn if we want to watch streaming video on Netflix or Amazon Prime?  Is there a workaround?

Hi rharvey49,

First, I'd recommend checking to see if your real IP might be leaking via IPv6.  You can check this at the following link,  https://www.whatismyip.com/   first with your VPN off, (write down both IPv4 and IPv6), then turn on your VPN and retest and compare the IP address listed.  

If IPv6 stays the same, you can go into your network settings and uncheck IPv6 (Please Ref this link).  Reboot your system and then retest.
