On a daily basis (several times), Norton prompts me to back up. Fine. I run backup. Backup failed. The issue is that my total local files stored are greater (size) than the allocated space on the cloud server so backup doesn't work. Then I get prompted to backup again, and so on.
If you used all the space available theirs is a few things you can do.
1 you can upgrade your backup space or upgrade your norton product in order to have more backup space
2 delete your backup and decide once again what you want to back up, in back up settings you can decide what to back up and you can see a preview of the space you’e going to use.
