Subscription canceling

Question.

I was getting Norton through Comcast. At one point it was Norton 360 then went to Security Online. On Windows 10, mobile devices.

Comcast ended the relationship with Norton on 1 Jan 2021, supposedly.

Currently both of those AV products still show active on my Norton account and the Security Online is still working fine.

My question is who is responsible for canceling the account so I can update to a new product, preferably one of the offers for Comcast customers, without having to setup a new account which would require a 4th active email which I really at this point in time don't want to have to deal with.

IMHO both Comcast and Norton have fallen down on this one.

It should not be that hard to look at accounts and see that I was getting this product from Comcast. And that deal is dead.

Please check your private messages here on Norton.

Also I do believe the way the data bases between Norton and Comcast are set up, the cancellations (deactivations) need to be initiated by Comcast.
