Subscription cancellation

Hi cancelled my subscription automatic renewal on 04/06/2023 and got email confirmation of it.  Today I received an email confirming renewal of my subscription!  I have been trying to get hold of someone at Norton but no chance!

I want my money back!!!!

When does your current Norton subscription term expire?

I'm astonished that Norton employs such unethical business practices.  There is no button or path to cancel automatic renewal as listed on their site.  None.  I suppose I'll have to report their actions to my credit card company and have the attempted charge blocked at that end.  Norton acts more like malware than anything else, so urge the potential victims to use a competitor's product.
