Subscription confusion

I’m a bit confused about the subscription for iOS in App Store. There are Norton Mobile Security which I have subscribed to for 20 USD annually and Norton 360 for Mobile that is for 65 USD annually. What is the difference between the both? I can’t figure it out. Thanks!

Thanks for the info. After reinstalling of NMS it offered me the option to choose a subscription plan. The only difference between the versions is Secure VPN that is included with Norton 360 Mobile. The rest of features you pointed out aren't available in my country.

If I search for Norton Mobile Security, NMS, I see Norton 360 comes up.

So if you purchased NMS, you will only be able to install on one mobile device. The 360 Standard would allow you to install on one of a Windows PC, a Mac, or a mobile device. The extra features offered by the PC version can be seen by scrolling down the Norton page here, to see what is included.   You will see firewall, online backup storage, Safe Cam, Dark Web monitoring, which you would not get on a mobile device. That would explain the price difference.

Be sure you have activated the full version of the app by signing into your Norton Account during the installation process.

I checked the subscription activations and my wife's phone is not even showing up on the list. I will delete the app and reinstall it and see if that works. The error message we see says Wi-fi security set up incomplete. When we hit "allow" it doesn't do anything. We've given permission for everything we can see. We'll see what happens when deleting and reinstalling.

First your subscription issue. The most accurate information is in your Norton Account. Sign in at  https://my.norton.com   Click on the user icon at the top right and then click on My Subscriptions. Find your current subscription and that will show how many activations have been used against the allowed number. If you see more than the 3 devices you actually have, you can click on Manage Licenses and click the trash can beside any device you no longer have. If you say you have had the Norton 360 installed for about 2 weeks, that could be what you are seeing if there are any extra devices listed.

For the Android devices, what error message do you see on the phone that is having issues with the Wifi Security?

What Android devices are you using and what Android version?
