Subscription days remaining is missing

It appears this program is no longer showing how many days are left of the current subscription. Instead, I have to log into My Norton to see this information.

I have auto-renew turned off, as I’ll be switching to another program once my subscription ends, but this shouldn’t matter.

Not sure if it’s been moved somewhere else.

If you sign into your Norton Account from within the 360 app, the remaining days will be displayed at the top of the screen beside your user icon.

I am signed into my Norton Account, but this information isn’t available to me (it only has a status of ‘Active’).

Maybe it’s because I have turned off auto-renew, but this information was previously available.

I have never had Auto Renewal enabled and I see the days remaining in my 360. Go into your Norton Account and ensure the Auto Renewal is indeed turned off. We have seen examples of users having it turned off, and then it was somehow turned on again.

I have checked and auto renew is definitely disabled.
