Subscription details on wesite differ from my programme

Signed into Norton on the web, went to my account, went to services and there in a big yellow square was Norton Internet Security with a cross in the top right hand corner and the word "Expired" all over it!!

My NIS on my computers tells me that my NIS has 167 days to go before I need to renew. I have noticed that others have had similar problems (subscription details wrong / payments not recorded etc etc.)

BUT I tried to login to my NIS account on my wifes iPad to use Identitysafe (I was away from home) and I could not login - watched the gear cog go round for 10 minutes (literally) before I gave up!! Are the two related in any way and how do I get Norton to put the subscritption issue right and also access my Norton Account from "another device"

How do I get help from the notoriously unhelpful help section - difficult but perhaps you guys can help me?
