Subscription Expired After Upgrade

Good afternoon,

 

When our subscription expired, we decided to just buy a newer version of Norton Internet Security for the Mac and get the one year subscription with it.  After installing Norton Internet Security for Mac 4.1, we are still receiving a message that our subscription has expired.  I thought installing the new product would automatically update my subscription.  What do I need to do?  Thanks in advance for any help anyone might be able to offer.

 

 

Unfortunately, overinstalling a new version doesn't change the subscription data from the old install.  You will need to contact Customer Support.

Thanks!  I contacted Symantec and they were able to fix my issue.  It was the old version that was causing the issue.
