Subscription Expired?

Haven't been having any problems with norton 360 till now. For some weird reason my subcription expired when I have untill june before I have to renew it. Went to input my product code and it says it's all used up when i've only used one. Should have 2 left. Also some of the alerts says something about a trial version when I haven't been on a trial version. Does this have anything to do with the update to 6.0?

How did you update to version 6? Can you try clicking on Support - Subscription Status? That will connect to your account and verify your subscription data.

You can also log in to your Norton Account, and check you are using the correct key for the current subscription.

 

If the Account still shows the incorrect number of installs, you can contact Norton Support to explain the situation and have them correct your account information. The easiest way is by on line chat found here

Be sure that the time and date on your computer are correct. Norton's software is very time sensitive.
