Subscription has been billed twice

Dear Symantec:

I have been receiving Norton alerts for the past 5 days indicating my 30-day free has ended and I need to renew my subscription.  So, on December 29, 2010, I renewed online and paid $59.62 with my visa, but I didn’t receive a confirmation receipt, so I wasn’t sure if the transaction went through.  Then two days later, I received another notice indicating my computer wasn’t protected any longer and I needed to renew my subscription. Thinking the first transaction didn’t process properly, and renewed a second time, and was given a confirmation receipt the second time.  Tonight, I reviewed my December Visa statement and noticed both transactions were processed--$59.62 on 12/29, and $53.24 on 12/31.  I am asking for a credit immediately on the second transaction of $53.24 and wish to discuss the matter with a customer service rep. as soon as possible.  Please contact me as follows:

P.S.  After these two transactions were processed, I am still receiving Norton alerts that I have lost my internet security protection.  What’s going On?????
