I purchased a 10 license subscription expiring 29/10/2025. However when I go on the app it shows Your subscription is inactive. I have tried downloading again using the key but keeps looping to the app and the inactive messsge

Where did you purchase this subscription? Did you enter the new product key into your Norton Account, or into your installed product?
Open the Classic 360 interface by clicking on Open beside Device Security. Then click on Help > Subscription status. This will sync your product with Norton's subscription servers. (credit peterweb)
