Subscription pop-up

The renewal reminder for 2012 / 2013 NAV has only two options - Renew or Remind me in 1 day - there is no "do not remind me again". For that promary reason we will not be renewing NAV and will uninstall it - it is not acceptable to be "forced" to continue to have "reminders" until a user renews. We have been using NAV on various systems for some 20 years. We regret Symantec's choice of "forced" renewals at full retail price.

There is no forcing you to renew at full retail price. If you click renew, you get the next screen, where you can click on :

'I have a key or code i can enter'  (or something like that, I have the Dutch version).

You then get a space where you can enter your own key, which you bought cheaper than the full retail price of course.

Only enter the new key one day before you current subscription ends, as you loose the leftover days of your old key.

Success, Hugo

Is this the renewal reminder that you are seeing?

If so, then please read the first sentence shown in red above and I'm sure that you'll understand why there isn't a 'do not remind me again' option. Right now, you will need to install a free Antivirus product to protect your computer because your Norton product is no longer functioning...
