I have installed NIS 2011(3 user) from a CD after uninstalling NIS 2010 as directed by a tech message last year. I always have trouble with the download of a renewal each year hence the purchase of a new CD version last week. I followed all the instructions and received the message that the installalation was successful but also a message that I have 15 days left on my subscription. I have search the help pages and all I see are FAQ's which only refer to upgrades and downloads - the site seems to have changed in favour of these and is no help to those of use who prefer to use CD installation. I cannot find any 'activate' link, although the installation said activation was done and I was never asked to insert a product key as referred to in the instructions. My account only shows NIS 2010 and I cannot insert NIS 2011 nor can I find where to enter the product key. What have I done wrong/not done? Help please - I have another laptop to install this product on also.
