Subscription Renewal Failing or Not

I receive daily warnings that my subscription is about to expire. I've updated my billing information more than a dozen times.  My subscription was due to renew on Feb 17.  This is the warning:

Now my subscription is due to renew in April but the warnings continue. This is the current subscription status from my account:

I have used PayPal for this billing since it was first available from Norton.  Every time I update the billing information I get an email from Norton saying the updates have been made. And the warnings continue.  I've contacted support twice via 'chat' and was told my subscription is active and renews in April.  And the warnings continue.

I really do not know the correct status of my subscription or what will happen on April 21.

Has anyone seen & (and?) resolved this kind of problem?
