Subscription status not showing remaining days is this normal?

I recently renew my subscription, after I renewed my subscription for some reason subscription status on my norton screen no longer showing remaining days (just showed as active). I checked my subscription status from my norton program and it shows remaining days and that I am not enrolled with auto renewal, but subscription status on my norton security screen still not showing remaining days.

tried everything, even remove & reinstall, customer support doesn't seemed to have any idea whats wrong either and suggested that norton updated the program in between me renewing my subscription and so it no longer showing days.

is this normal by any chance?
