What is the error message you are seeing?
No error message just lack of support for downgrading versions. I would actually like to enquire whether it is possible to do so, or to cancel the current subscription and sign up once again.
You will need to contact Norton Support to ask them to change your subscription. Contact Norton™Support - Norton Phone Number, and Chat Support . On the Support page click on My topic is not listed above. Then when you can enter information into the chat session enter “Agent please” to get connected to a real human.
