Suggestion for Add Attachments

To Symantec Forum Moderator,

 

Just a suggestion I'd like to submit. Is it possible to update the Add Attachments to deal with not only text and log files but also JPG images? Trust me I know, you can add images (JPG) using the symbol which looks like a green tree at the top to add JPG's.

 

But this is counter-intuitive for most users. Most users just naturally select the more obvious Add Attachments link and us old timers have to constantly let people know how to upload images. :smileywink:

 

I think this would help the infrequent visitors to our forums.
