Support is completely useless

I am trying to request a refund on my subscription and I am just being lead in circles to the same pages with no option to actually request a refund. That’s highly illegal. Adobe was just sued, and lost, for making cancellation too much of a hassle. Do better. Pay some actual employees instead of this completely useless AI garbage.
