Surprisingly poor service, and an unwelcome "feature" in Utilities

Norton Utilities's privacy feature defaults to removing file histories.  (Two Norton service reps on chat didn't know this, but just in case: http://community.norton.com/en/forums/norton-utilities-16-removes-my-recent-files-lists-ms-office-2012)  This is a very unwelcome feature, and should not be a default.  I had "pinned" many files to the list in MS Word and Excel, and now have to reconstruct all that information.  Nothing lost, except time.  My dissatisfaction is compounded by the fact that I has two service reps on "chat" and neither had any idea what I was talking about.  The last chat suggested that I restore 23,670 files, and go through them one by one to find the relevant file history.

I also note that Norton doesn't really seem interested in feedback.  You have to join this forum to register your dissatisfaction or provide feedback.  More wasted time.

I am a very satisfied user of 360, but I will not buy Utilities, and I can't recommend the program to anyone, given how difficult it is to preserve information you don't want deleted.
