Suspicious.Cloud.9 detected

NIS 2014
Laptop with Vista Home Basic

OK yesterday the wife was on a website and was going to download a book. Sadly I can’t recall the name of the website. Anyway, it seems like when she was going to download it, Norton detected Suspicious.Cloud.9. It seems that Norton quarantined the item. Seems like the item quarantined is adobe_flash_setup[1] and was located in c:\users\ourname\appdata\low\microsoft\windows\tempinternetfiles\low\contentie5\1q98paiu\adobe_flash_setup[1}.exe I think this odd as I have the most recent flash player on my system.
Now according to Norton it was quarantined and no further action is needed. Now I went into the C drive to find the temp internet files and I could not find tem ( I did change view to show all hidden files and protected files) but still could not find tempinternetfiles. It also seems that the file was from (and I’ll space this out so nobody can click on it) pleaseupdate. the perfect24updater. net I cannot find anything on this url :

So I have a few questions

  1. did this file get on my system and NIS immediately detected it and quarantined it? Or did NIS stop it before it accessed my system?
  2. NIS says nothing more to do, so is my PC safe from this threat ( I know nothing is 100%)?

This happened about 7:30pm last night and I had a full system scan scheduled to run at 1am. It ran and nothing but tracking cookies noted. And this morning just to be sure, I ran a manual full system scan and it showed nothing.

So pretty much does my system sound ok from this threat? And I can just not worry and go on about my business?
