Suspicious System32 Files

Hi,

I know this is probably in the wrong section but I didn't know where else to post this.

Earlier today I accidentally clicked an ad which opened in a new tab. I closed the tab immediately but shortly after Chrome stopped responding and I closed it with task manager. I ran a Quick Scan which said everything was fine but I was worried so naturally I poked around the Windows folder looking for anything suspicious while a Full System Scan ran in the background.

I noticed four files which looked suspicious.

PerfStringBackup.INI (Created 06/11/15 at 20:05)

perfh009.dat (Created 06/11/15 at 20:05)

perfc009.dat (Created 06/11/15 at 20:05)

[My Computer's Name]_[My Account Username]_HistoryPrediction.bin (Created 11/11/15 at 17:08 - about the time I clicked on the ad)

Please note I live in Britain and the dates are D/M/Y.

I have Norton 360 Premier, Windows 10 and the files were in:

This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Windows > System32

Googling the files doesn't come up with anything useful and apparently I don't have permission to view the HistoryPrediction.bin file.

What are these files? I am currently running a Full Scan but it takes around 2 hours due to the amount of files on my computer.

Please Help!
