Norton is blocking access to my work's remote email account. This is the first time I've experienced this occurrence.

We block a page as Suspicious only if we detect any possible Phising Attack in that site.
If you are sure that the URL is safe, you can click on Continue to Site anyway and you can view the content of the site.
You can view the full report of the site from the Norton Toolbar and it will show you the Phishing URL with that particular site.
Also, you can report the site to be as Safe site if you are very sure that URL has no Phishing Attack.
To do that, click on Report Site from Norton Toolbar.
Toolbar->Norton->Report Site.
Once reported, we will analyse the site again, and we will change the site status to be Safe if we don't find any negative results during our analysis.

Hi Waldenlegalese,
As a temporary solution for your issue, you can disable Antiphishing(Change to Off) and once you turn it Off, your Main UI will turn red and will ask you to Fix it by clicking on Fix Now. If you proceed to click on Fix Now, Antiphishing will turn to ON mode and the page will be blocked again. So unless you complete your activity with that site, do not click on Fix Now.
But please note, if you are turning Anitphishing to Off you are no longer protected from Phishing Attacks.
Also, can you please let us know the URL which you face this issue, so that we can narrow down the issue from our side.
