I had the same trouble with Sweetpacks (Sweet Packs) that others have had. It drastically slows your boot up as well as your browser (for me both IE and Chrome.) And Sweetpacks would pop up advertisements randomly. Windows normal program un-install did not work. Norton & Eset anti malware did even not recognize it as malware. Norton “Power Eraser” did not touch it. I found one reference to “IOBit Uninstaller.” When I tried it, it immediately found it and erased it once and for all! I downloaded my free copy at “cnet.com” downloads, so I felt safe downloading it.
Good luck.
