I've recently gone from Norton 360 to Norton Security with Backup. I never did delete my online Backup Sets in Norton 360 as I thought they would just continue on in Norton Security with Backup. I was wrong. I'm now unable to see or delete these online Backup Sets. They are still using my available space, and Norton tech support is not able to delete them for me either. They said I should reinstall Norton 360 to gain access to them, but I did and they still weren't there.
I've created new online Backup Sets with Norton Security with Backup, but how can I delete the old online Backup Sets created with Norton 360 that I can't even see?
