Switching a NAV subscription from a unusable computer to a new one

Can anyone on this board help me? Forgive me if I'm wasting time, but Symantec is soooo unhelpful. I just want to transfer my active Norton Antivirus subscription from my dead computer to a new computer. I have some codes but they're not taking. I have my customer ID but I don't know where to plug it in. I have some other Product Codes but my computer died before I got all the info.

When you activated your NAV in the first place you probably saved your license in your Norton Account. Besides that where did you buy your NAV?Thcan be important to recover your license number
