I didn't want that message deleted? I don't know why it was deleted?
How do I get it back?

Disabling email Protection could reduce your security!
Also you could ignore the warning by placing/clicking the curson on the email scaning option and then clcik ignore on the pop up
If Norton took the file, there would have been a popup or notification in history. Microsoft Outlook also has a spam filter with it that may be causing an issue. I don't use it, but I do see the occasional Microsoft update to the "Outlook Junk Mail Filter."
But why does the email say "Symantec Email Proxy deleted...". There is nothing in the Junk Mail folder, there is nothing in the NIS logs.
It only happens about once every couple months.
To get you the best advice, would you give us some more information about your system:
What version of Windows are you using including Service Packs and whether 32 bit or 64 bit as well as the Name and Version ID of the Norton product that you are using -- Help or Support / About is where that is, in the format of nn.nn.nn.nnn where n is a number.
If you have the COMCAST version of Norton 360 / Security Suite and not the normal commercial version please be sure to tell us.
If you get any error messages please give the exact wording of them as well as any other background that could be helpful.
Please also say what internet browser you are using -- name and version number ...

Norton 360 5.1.0.29 I bought it off the Norton website.
I got a message in my email box that said:

and in the email it said:
Symantec Email Proxy deleted the following email message:
That wasn't junk mail and I don;t know why it got deleted and I want that mail.
How do I find it?
I turned OFF the email scanner cuz its no good to me if it removes wanted emails.
