Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1and terminal services

Hi all

I am working at a not for profit organisation as an IT volunteer and we have been using Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1. on SBS 2011 through Microsoft Hyper-v with client computers connected to the domain. The management console was on the server and the client installations on the networked computers.

We are now moving to terminal services (RDP) to give users access to the system.

I read Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 will work with remote desktop sevices but am stuck with the concept and how the installation will work.
The AD SBS2011 installation will remain the same with the addition of Small Business Server 2011 Premium Add-on as the terminal server (runing on Hyper-V).

Would anyone be able to give me a simplified description of how this would work or direct me to some link with the available information please.

As you have gathered IM not too savvy with the whole process.
