Symantec Endpoint Protection Notification

I get the following message very often these days, and am searching for a solution.

I've tried Norton Power Eraser but to no avail.

Also tried Malwarebytes but no malware was detected. I'd like to know if this is a malware or not, and how to remove it.

Pleae advise.

What version of SEP 11.x?

 

Upgrading to the latest available release of SEP will greatly reduce the number of "detections" of already quarantined threats.  Improvements to the processing were included in Release Update 7 Maintenance Patch 2 (RU7 MP2).
