Symantec Service Framework has stopped working 8504 104

Internet Security 2011, completely updated.

Win 7 , completely updated

Any time I click on anything in the network security map I get the error and Norton closes, The only way to get it back is to restart the computer.

I have removed and reinstalled Norton using the removal tool that did not work correctly. I had to remove pieces manually. I have been in contact with support, they do not understand English.
