Symantec service framework stopped working and was closed HELP Ongoing problem!

I've been having this problem appear for a few months now.  I've used the Norton Removal Tool more than once and reinstalled fresh Norton 360 Ver. 3.  It happens at all different times as far as I can tell.  I will notice that my Outlook 2007 send and receive will stop working so I'll look at my task bar and sure enough a window has popped up that says "symantec service framework stopped working and was closed".

 

I've had remote connections done at least twice by symantec support and other times just talked to them on the phone.  I've searched around the net and haven't found a reliable fix yet.  Is there a fix for this problem?

 

I have 28 liscences for Norton 360 as well as an additional 25 gb of off site storage that I've paid for.  I only recall having this error on computers with Vista Ultimate 32 and 64 bit versions as well as 1 Vista Home Premium.

 

The system I'm working on right now with the problem is running Vista Ultimate 64 Bit.

 

I have 90 occurences of the error in Vistas report problems and solutions section.
