I'm a long term 360 user but increasingly f*cked off by the pop up promotional offers and spamming messages within the app. Regardless of how many times I click "not interested" it persists. I cannot turn it off. I'm also sick to death of responding to problem reports that turn out to be phishing messages to bait me into paying a higher subscription or buying a new product.
Don't Symantec understand that we expect the product to protect us, not add to the spam to be dealt with?
I'm frustrated to the extent of cancelling my subscription entirely and unistalling 360. Across all devices.
Does anyone know how to stop 360 doing this? I want all propotional messages and in-app phishing/advertising to be turned off.
