SymDaemon and Backups

I posted this not long ago and it's nowehere to be found - what gives?

 

SymDaemon runs up excessive CPU in the presence of backup programs. To wit:

 

1. TimeMachine

2. Crashplan

3. Arq

 

This needs to be fixed.

Surely you can create a whitelist for the associated processes?
