I have had to shut off Norton Antivirus on my Mac because SymDaemon causes my CPU to spike over 100% constantly. Since Norton goes out of their way to prevent customers from contacting Support, how can I talk to somebody to get this fixed?
This is on Mac OSX 10.7.4
I just bought this product and so far I'm completely disappointed and will be seeking a refund if this can't get fixed.
Please advise...
