SymX Pep2.Collector Class Active X ?

Good day,

 

Does SymX Pep2.dll have anything to do with NIS09 ver 16.5.0.135.  Last accessed 11/29/1999 ~ File Date 7/2/2008.  

 

Any comment how this got on my box and what it is and do I need it as part of NIS09.
