Help! I now know that IE10 doesn't work with the skyvault. I think. Further I dl'd FF but even though I have the Norton bar back, if I try to use the login I get a msg that my vault is empty. When I try to follow Nortons Instructions to sync my local vault with the skyvault I cannot find the word sync under the id vault entry. Pls advise.
