System getting crashed after updating Norton 360

I had found that my norton 360 was not working since long time. I had contacted online support on 4/2/2015. He told that as it was not updated it was not working properly. He took around three hours and updated the norton 360 software. From then on wards problem started system started getting crashed every 2-3 minutes. i had done system restore and contacted online support. Again the support person installed updated version through remote login. Problem was still same. last three days i'm suffering still customer support is not responding. now Norton anti-virus is uninstalled by customer support .Now i'm using my system without anti-virus software. when contacted customer support they said it will take time to solve. what is the use of buying anti-virus program with huge costs and facing these kind of problems. this is so disgusting, irresponsible behavior from  norton online support.my case id [Removed]
