Systemworks 2005 found w32netsky virus but can't fix or delete

Please download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select “Perform Quick Scan”, then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

Please download SuperAntispyware from Here , the free version will do the trick

Double Click superantispyware.exe to install the application.
  • Just download it to your desktop, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select “Check for updates” just to be sure you are fully up to date
  • Once the program has loaded, select “Scan your computer”, then click Perform complete Scan .
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, Superantispyware will show all the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

At the link above, it says removal is easy but I can't remove it. I downloaded a file from the internet to delete it but it didn't even detect it.

 

I called Norton online support and they were going to charge me $99 to repair it. This computer is about 5 years old. Do you have any other suggestions on removing the virus?
