A while ago, my computer (Vista Ultimate upgrade, 4GB Ram, 120GB, 32 bit) crashed as it often does. I made two backups, one on each of my two external hard drives. I used Systemworks Premiere 2008 to make the backups.
Logically, I installed the disc and attempted to recover the backup computer image I made off of one external drive. That's weird, not only did it not work (I am sorry but I don't remember exactly what the error was although I think it simply said it couldn't complete the backup) but everything was now gone from my external hard drive.
Perhaps I did something wrong, I thought. When I tried to backup off of my second external drive, the same thing happened. Now all of my regular files and important documents were gone along with my backups. Norton Systemworks claims it is compatible with Vista, so what's up and what do I need to do to make this work?
