Hi, I’m based in the UK and finding the whole support / site a bit hard to use.

My Dad who no longer has a PC or Internet has been paying £99.99 yearly subscription which I want to cancel.

He doesnt have access to the email address used so it seems like an impossible task to do anything without speaking to someone.

What can I do to ensure it doesn’t renew again (I’m not bothered about refunding anything I just dont want it to renew again).
