Hello, I have a tip if it helps anyone: I had a Behavior and Heuristic update today. I checked the history of Norton and Norton was trying to change it’s settings to reflect the update but Tamper protection was stopping the process. I had to stop tamper protection for 15 min to fix. Will I have to disable tamper protection to get this new 360v5 to go in?..Paul
