Task named "Norton WSC Integration" appeared in Task Scheduler

I have NIS 21.3.0.1.  Windows 7 Pro.  I see an entry in Task Scheduler named "Norton WSC Integration."  The Actions tab for the event points to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Internet Security\Engine\21.3.0.12\WSCStub.exe."  The trigger is "On Event-Log; Application, Source: Security Center, Event ID: 1."  It says the last time it ran was about 90 minutes ago, with result 0x1.  Normally I see the results for a task as "0x0 (the operation completed successfully)."

Is this entry and result normal?  If so does it have something to do with NIS integration with the Windows Action Center (which used to be called the Windows Security Center in XP)?

Just yesterday I was in Task Scheduler for an unrelated reason and I sure don't recall seeing that task there, all though I am FAR from certain that it wasn't.  Also -- and maybe this was just a coincidence...or maybe not? -- last night about two minutes before I was ready to shut down the pc, I saw a Windows error message pop up "out of nowhere" about NIS.exe faulting.  While that's unusual (especially outside of a shutdown attempt), I didn't pursue it (I just said "close the program") since I was just about ready to power off anyway.

Everything seems to be working normally, and the Windows Action center properly reports NIS as active.

Any thoughts?  Thanks.
