Is this a valid company?
My wife's laptop would not open Microsoft office and every effort to uninstall and reinstall failed so I did a recovery to a earlier time. I still could not reinstall Office home and student 2013 via the produce key card number at www.office.com/setup but through them I received online diagnosis and was transferred to Tekwire LLC who for a fee was able to install Office 2017 which now works great. In the recovery process my Norton LifeLock 360 was deleted and they offered to also reinstall it plus give me (5 additional years on all 5 computers) all for total bill of $152.96!!! On sleeping on this overnight I'm having second thoughts. Everything seems to be working fine, both Office and Norton but is what they did legal and how call they add to my Norton contract???? Is my NortonLifeLock compromised and still protecting me now?
