We've just reactivated text message monitoring on our daughter's phone, but it's not working properly. Nothing sent to/from me is showing up at all and with her Dad only parts of the conversation are being logged. Obviously not a problem with us, but we won't know who else this is the case with and we know at least one other person isn't logging at all.
Also, not all the contacts are showing within the Norton text messaging rules - my details aren't there, but her Dad's are along with someone else we know messages aren't logging at all for.
Please could you advise how we can get this working properly? She has a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, with Android version 4.1.2 and the Norton Family version is 3.4.1.21
