Alerts feature?
Are you referring to Dark Web Monitoring “Alerts”?

Note: I’m not finding Dark Web Monitoring with Norton 360 v24.10.9535

Dark Web Monitoring is listed under “Identity” on the left hand panel.

Problem on my V24 is that “Identity” keeps appearing and disappearing at magical intervals. No rhyme or reason that I can see.

Also “Software Updater” in the Control Panel seems to disappear also. I am wondering if it only appears when an an update is found. I have auto update shut off.

Hello @xjoex
I’m not finding Identity with Norton 360 v24.10.9535

I have Auto-Update = Off, too

Just figured out that if I sign out my home screen looks exactly like yours. No identity and software updater present in control panel.

When I sign in then Identity may appear in the left hand column randomly and software updater appears randomly in control panel.

Hello @xjoex
Okay…now I’m Signed In

and after cycling Home

@xjoex
maybe 24.10.9535 update…signed me out and I did not realize need to sign in

Thanks! :clap:

When I sign in “identity” appears on left hand column.

Software updater disappears from my control panel since my other features now show up there and there is no more room to scroll the bar downwards. Sent feedback to Norton to alert them of this issue.
