The double icon of norton 360 came back in version 21.2.0.38

Dear Norton,

 

I got phenomenon "The Double Icon" in my Norton 360 version 21.2.0.38, even I installed with fresh installation, please see attach picture

 

Please advice me how to remove permanently the double icon (I have set the boot with Agressive instead of Normal in 360 setting).
