What is the error message you are seeing?

The message “Scan complete. Malware detected” continues to appear.
Nothing is detected by Norton 360 Quick Scan.

The following steps are recommended to remove the virus.

Try turning off your phone and then restart it and see if you still see this message.

If that does not work, go into Android Settings > Apps and open the Norton VPN app. Clear the app data and app cache. Then restart the phone again. You will have to sign into your Norton Account again, and then test.
