The NIS trial version on the LiveUpdate server is not updated

The file at http://liveupdate.symantec.com/upgrade/NIS09EN.exe, redirected from http://www.norton.com/nis09, is not updated to version 16.1.0.33 yet. Is there any plan to update it?
